A group swimming course that will get your heart rate up. Tired arms are guaranteed. We’ll take care of the training, including any necessary style adjustments. Ideal for experienced front crawl swimmers. We practice longer swimming sessions and work with different interval techniques, so you’re guaranteed to get faster in the water.
