swim4u technique check & video analysis group course

The Swim4u technique check is an individual swimming analysis for adults. In a short session, we analyze your technique with video recordings and give you clear, actionable improvement points for more efficient and relaxed swimming. We work in a small group of a maximum of 4 participants.

Target group

  • Adult swimmers

  • Prospective course participants who are unsure which course is right for them

  • Advanced users who are “stuck”

  • Triathletes & ambitious recreational swimmers

Lesson day: Wednesday
Location: Freilager Zurich school swimming pool
Group size: Maximum 4 participants
Meeting point: 5 minutes before the start, with swimming trunks and goggles in front of the pool
Lesson time: 20:15 – 21:00

Short warm-up swim
1-2 video recordings (side + possibly from the front/back)
Analysis of: Water position / leg stroke / breathing / head position / arm stroke / coordination
Specific recommendations for action: “You should change this” “This will help you the most”
