Swimming in open water under expert guidance

Group training: once a week for experienced swimmers.
Speed for 2000 meters: approx. 2:00 – 2:30 min. for 100 meters

Prerequisites

You can crawl at least 1000 meters at a stretch.
You swim a longer distance (1000 meters) at least once a week
You swim 2000 meters at a speed of approx. 2:00 – 2:30 per 100 meters
You are in good physical condition. (no cardiovascular problems)
You are in possession of a swimbuoy

Warm-up: 5-10 minutes swimming in the respective pool including technique exercises.

Main part: We will swim different routes (see picture) and make sure that we always swim with equally “fast” partners.

Attention! Lessons canceled due to weather conditions will not be made up or refunded.

Do we ensure your safety?

  • Yes! That’s why we only swim with the swim4 buoys and also wear colored swimming caps.
  • Our swimming routes run close to the shore (50-100 meters).
  • The course leader has the necessary rescue courses: SLRG & BLS-AED
  • The course leader has a cell phone. A quick rescue via the lake police would be possible.
  • Important: The participant is responsible for insuring him/herself against accidents and injuries that may occur during training. Liability on the part of swim4u.ch for damages of any kind is excluded.

Red Factory Challenge

  • Day swim incl. coffee and cake
  • Total distance: 4-5 km (short break after 2.4 km)

Night Swim Challenge

  • Swimming at night with illuminated buoys
  • Total Distance: approx. 1.5 Km
  • Escort boat
